Just look at the profiles, select the town you want to buy, invest or let, and socially meet prospective co-letters to assess compatibility.
Without signing up to the site, you can browse member's profiles, but you won't be able to send them a message or contact them - so register now for FREE to take full advantage of all ukpropertyclub has to offer!
Becoming a member will also allow you to take part in discussions in the forum and access our downloadable sample documents, such as the Declaration Of Trust and Co-Habitation Agreement.
- TIP: ukpropertyclub recommend that you meet prospective co-buyers in a public place. You should then get to know them as friends rather than as a means to purchasing a property; don't forget you will probably have to live with them for two or three years!
