In these times of credit squeeze look at the whole housing market as buyers are keen to reduce their selling price.

Well, I'm not so sure at the moment. In all the Estate Agent windows around me, everything's sold.I think not so many people are putting their houses up for sale because they feel the market is bad, which means there's such a low supply to the inevitable demand (that there always is - people need to move house!) sellers are in quite a strong position.
