How much is my property worth?
I've had varying price valuations from estate agents and it's hard to know who to believe.

Past experience suggests that the experienced ones will price at around the same level, adjusted as to how quickly they want to make a sale. Get a couple of the larger ones to come and value it, then put it on with whoever you're most happy with.
