I Central London,rents have fallen at least 20 percent from their peaks two years ago ,and in some cases 50 percent for the really fancy corporate lets in Chelsea and Kensington.
But now the tide is turning according to Findaproperty.com,stock levels of rental properties have eased by 1.7 percent from their peak,as would be sellers who became reluctant landlords are putting their house on the market instead.
