Optimism over house market

Spring and the long Easter weekend generally sees an upturn in the housing market, but this year estate agents are not expecting a great upsurge in interest. Property professional however believe the outlook will improve slightly in coming weeks as sliding prices combined with the all time low interest rates gradually fuel new interest in the housing market.
A spokesman for RICS ( The Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors ) said “ Investors are coming back to the market where they are getting between five and seven percent gross return on rental property with the possibility of capital appreciation “
